For semiconductor R&D and production test applications requiring high quality, high performance switching of I-V and C-V signals, Keithley offers seven semiconductor matrix cards in configurations as large as 8x12, including the industry standard Model 7174A Low Current Matrix Card. Both single-slot (up to 96 crosspoints) and six-slot (up to 576 crosspoints) high-speed switch mainframes are available. All of them integrate seamlessly with the Model 4200-SCS for semiconductor I-V and C-V characterization via the GPIB interface.
